Congratulations to Hollie Teer (Y12, Dance Captain) and Izzie Becvarik (Y11) who have gained leading roles in an innovative six-month contemporary dance program. The pre-professional training program is hosted by The Training Ground, run by Bonnie Neate (CGGS parent of Year 8 student) and Suzy Piani. Congratulations to Chloe Douglas-Byrne (Y10) who had some success over the school holidays in the pool. Chloe competed in two championships over 10 days. The first was the NSW Country Regional Championships in Singleton, where she won three gold medals (50m, 100m, 200m freestyle), three silver medals (50m, 100m, 200m butterfly) and set a new personal best in the 200m butterfly.
