All families enrolled in the CGGS ELC are required to have a My Family Lounge account. My Family Lounge provides access to observations from your child’s educator, photos, stories and allows you to book any before or after school care.
To create an account or assign your child to an existing account:
1. Visit My Family Lounge and click on register. If you already have an account, use your login details to access MFL.
If you are registering for the first time, you will receive an email with a link to create your password. Sign in to your MFL account using your username (email) and password. Complete your parent information and click save.
2. Click on add child from the main page and complete the required information for your child. Click save.
3. Under the child heading, click on start enrolment for the child commencing at the ELC. Complete the online enrolment form, ensuring all questions are answered and all required documents (immunisation statements, court orders, medical action plans) are uploaded. You can save your progress and return to it later. When complete, click submit.
4. To book Before or After School Care, select the required service and submit a booking request.
