Two CGGS teams competed in the RACI Titration Competition at the ANU on Thursday, 11 May. The competition is designed to encourage secondary students who enjoy Chemistry, particularly its practical side, to develop their scientific skills and understanding. While our students didn't place at the event, they enjoyed putting their volumetric analysis skills to the test.
Recently, a group of Biology students visited the National Zoo and Aquarium and were given the opportunity to apply their studies of evolution and genetics to new case studies. While at the zoo students were led on a tour by a zookeeper and were then able to observe and take notes on various animals.
